Refunds and retuns

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns once payment has been made, we take payment as confirmation that you have approved your order and all of the product specifications as stated on your invoice. 

Each bean bag is custom-made to suit your exact specifications, we do not manufacture in bulk, therefore you are buying a custom-made product and not an “off-the-shelf” product that can be refunded at any given time.

If a product has a defect, we are always more than happy to fix it, to ensure maximum product satisfaction. All of our bean bags come with a 2 year warranty to put your mind at ease!
